31.5 (80cm) Deep Electric Hot Food Tables - Individual Wells
- Top : Top to have (2) to (6) 11.87" x 19.87" (30.2cm x 50.5cm) openings. Infinite controls for individual 6.25" (15.9cm) deep wells are located below openings. Controls are mounted on the front edge of 8" (20.3cm) wide stainless steel plate shelf. Heating elements for each well are rated at 1000 watts for 208V or 1200 watts for 230V.
- Faucet : Manual fill faucet that extends 2.5" (6.4cm) above backsplash is standard
- Shelf : Lower portion of unit to have 22-gauge stainless steel open shelf

- Top : to have 11.87"x 19.87" (30.2cm x 50.5cm) openings to hold pans (supplied by others). Unit has (1) 16-gauge stainless steel tank with 1" (2.5cm) drain with gate valve. Units 32", 48" or 60" in length have (1) 5 kw electric immersion heater; 72" and 88" lengths have (2) 5 kw electric immersion heaters located beneath openings. Heaters are standard at 240V, single phase (*208V available upon request). Control to be mounted in front edge of 8" (20.3cm) wide stainless steel plate shelf.

- Top : has (2) to (6) 11.87" x 19.87" (30.2cm x 50.5 cm) openings to hold pans (supplied by others). Unit has a single 16-gauge stainless steel tank with 1.00" (2.5 cm) drain with gate valve. Units 32", 48" and 60" have (1) 20,000 BTU natural gas burner with safety pilots evenly spaced under the tank and (1) control. 72 and 88" units have (2) 20,000 BTU natural gas burners with safety pilots evenly spaced under the tank and (2) controls. Control is mounted in front edge of 8" wide stainless steel plate shelf.
- Natural Gas Connection : is 1/2"; a gas regulator is supplied. Hot water connection is 1/2", located 36" (91.4 cm) above the floor.
- Manual Fill Faucet : that extends (2.5" (6.4cm) above backsplash is standard.
