Mobile Milk Counters
- Exterior Top : is constructed of 14-gauge stainless steel, welded, ground and polished into one integral unit. Top is fabricated with square exterior corners. Top has one (KCM-36), two (KCM-50), three (KCM-60) or four (KCM-74) die-stamped openings and is provided with hinged removable lids. Lids are constructed of stainless steel and have a rubber gasket seal.
- Casters : Units are mounted on 5" (12.7cm) diameter swivel casters with non-marking polyolefin tires and plate brakes. Overall height of caster assembly is 6" (15.2cm).
- Refrigerated Compartment : have water-tight inner liner constructed of 22-gauge stainless steel, with radius corners and 1.5" (3.8cm) of polyurethane insulation. Compartment is equipped with a drain plumbed to a drain valve located in the bottom of the unit. Refrigerated compartment is equipped with automatic self leveling, field adjustable elevators. Divider trays are supplied.

Self contained milk coolers with air curtain
- Interior : shall be 22 gauge stainless steel. Cabinet shall be fully insulated with 2" (5.1cm) of high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. Milk crates shall be self-locating in the interior with the use of divider assemblies. Divider assemblies shall be 16-gauge stainless steel. Unit shall have (2) 20-gauge stainless steel louvers, which shall be centered left to right on the front and rear of the equipment. A 0.75" (1.9cm) diameter valve shall be located at the bottom of the equipment, centered left to right, 4.75" (12.1cm) from the rear wall.
- Refrigeration System : shall use HFC-134a refrigerant. Refrigerant flow shall be controlled by an expansion valve. Cabinet shall maintain 36°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C) interior cabinet temperature at 100°F (38°C) ambient room temperature with lids closed for storage. Properly chilled food product shall maintain 40°F (4°C) for up to 2 hours when lids are open.
- Electrical Connections : shall be 115 volt, 60 Hertz, single phase. Unit shall have an 8ÂÂÂ (2.4cm) long electrical cord and NEMA 5-15 P plug installed at the rear, 14" (30.5cm) from the left end, 6" (15.2cm) above floor.
