
Our high school feeds 1,000 students at lunchtime, with 50 to 70 percent of those students eating pizza on a daily basis. Our new Lincoln Impinger oven is a great piece of equipment, one that every school should have. In fact, because the Impinger oven can cook so many different kinds of foods, I've asked the Foodservice Director for the district to buy a second oven to cook items such as pre-cooked burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches, and french fries.
