New concepts at the show included the Concession Bar, featuring patented technology that creates an instant mist used to bring out the freshness of the food products. The new Mobile Cooking Station was also showcased, Fabristeel’s high quality customized solution to cooking and serving at a locations outside of the kitchen. The latest Meal Delivery Cart for institutions also attracted a lot of attention as a solution to deliver and distribute hot and cold meals at safe holding temperatures.
