Mississauga, Ontario – Garland Canada has recently been recognized for outstanding performance and service levels by A&W Restaurants with its 2008 Award of Excellence. This recognition marks the fifth consecutive year that this prestigious award has been presented to Garland Canada. Making the presentation on behalf of A&W was Jeremy Banning, A&W’s manager of equipment services and Jean O’Conner, equipment buyer. Banning recognized Garland Canada as an important strategic partner noting, “we have seen a great deal of value having Garland as our dedicated resource.” A & W’s Equipment Service Team provided much of the feedback that went into the decision to present this award. Banning added, “A&W appreciates the level of customer service that Garland provides and the timely fashion in which issues are dealt with.” In addition, recognition was also given to Joanne Ratcliffe and Jorge DaSilva for their contributions to the high levels of customer satisfaction that enabled Garland Canada to earn this award.
George Wray, strategic account manager for Garland, is proud of his team’s accomplishments. “This is the fifth consecutive year that Garland Canada has received this award for recognition of its exemplary service. If a key component of legendary service is consistency, Garland Canada’s service to A&W is clearly on the road to legendary status.”
