Thunderstruck by Lincoln Impinger® speed
September 1st, 2004
"It was the last day of school and we were supposed to cook hamburgers for 550 kids in the park. Well, as usual for Oklahoma, a severe thunderstorm blew in and we had to move the cookout inside. We covered the tables with checkered cloths and set up beach umbrellas to set a picnic mood. We hooked up our propane grill, trying to get some protection from the wind, rain, and lightning. Unfortunately, the regulator was not working properly, and after 20 minutes we decided the burgers were not going to get done. We had 15 minutes before serving time, and 550 frozen hamburger patties. So we fired up the Impinger oven and we were able to start lunch on time. The Impinger oven took what could have been a disaster and turned it into a picnic."
